We are now taking applications for the 2023 Schoolies period.
What we are offering:
You and your group of up to 10 people can stay at Rocks Beach House for the entire week at a flat rate of $2400. There is a $2000 bond also payable. It is your choice on the dates that you choose to stay. You can stay half before and half after, or from Friday to Sunday.
You will need to abide by the house rules, with only the people in your application to be staying at the house. No parties!
You and your parents will need to sign a contract which states that if there is any damage to the house that is above the $2000 bond, then they will be liable to pay for any repairs and loss of income due to the damage.
Why the high bond amount and the contract?
We’ve heard of other properties which have been damaged during schoolies, and it is important for us to ensure that our house isn’t trashed, as we would lose income from lost bookings on top of the money for repairs. In the past we haven’t had any issues ourselves, but we have to make sure that we protect ourselves.
Please note: Putting in an application does not guarantee you will get to book the house. We often have anywhere up to 100-120 applications each year, and we have the difficult task of choosing one group.
