With Easter, Anzac Day and School Holidays approaching, there is plenty of things to do in the Victor Harbor area. School Holidays kick off on Friday 12th April and go through to Sunday 28th April.

Besides all of the usual attractions in the area, such as the Cockle Train, Granite Island, Beaches, Restaurants and more, there are also some events coming up which you may be interested in.

Victor Harbor Farmers Market is open from 8am to 12:30pm every Saturday at Grosvenor Gardens.

Victor Harbor Beach Side Markets will be running not only on the 2nd and 4th Sunday of the month, but also on Easter Friday, Sunday and Monday. There is always a great atmosphere there, and you can pick up some great items in the market.

Victor Harbor Artisan Markets will be on at Warland Reserve over Easter, which is a great opportunity to see some local professional artists and their work.

Island Cafe will be hosting the Island Sounds Festival on Easter Sunday (21st April). A great atmosphere is expected with an evening of live music, stalls, and food and drink.

Something fun for the kids is Magic Mikes Disco Roadshow on 23rd April 2019.

On Easter Saturday the City of Victor Harbor is hosting it’s annual main street Easter hunt.

Anzac Day dawn services are available in Port Elliot, Goolwa and Victor Harbor, along with a Sunday march in Victor Harbor on the 23rd April.

Anzac Day Dawn Services, Tuesday, April 25

Port Elliot: Gather 5.45am for dawn service at 6am on The Strand, followed by breakfast at the RSL.

Goolwa: Gather at 5.45am for 6am service at Goolwa RSL, followed by breakfast at clubrooms. Joined by contingent from Navy 808 Squadron.

Victor Harbor: Gather 5.30am for 5.45am service at Cross of Sacrifice, Flinders Pde. Gunfire breakfast 6.45am. Clubroom open 7am with bar and two-up.

Don’t forget that you can find lots of live entertainment at the local pubs in the area. Hotel Elliot has live music every weekend.
